The NCPSSM did a survey of their membership and found that many of them did not feel comfortable making changes and didn’t feel that they had enough information to make changes to their drug plans.

This startling result indicates that seniors may not be getting the best coverage as plans can change every year. NCPSSM discusses this issue.
